(1) The foundation is the most important part of a building.Our competitors, one uses 3- 4x4 the other 3- 2x6 laid flat. What do we use? There are 5 treated 4x4s used giving your building the best support.

(2) The roof is the next most important part of a building. Our competitors are 20 inches to 24 inches on center. What do we use? Our building's rafters are all 16 inches on center making our roofs stronger for heavy snow loads.all with a 25 year shingle.

(3) Now let's look at everything in between. We use ½ inch T-111 siding with a plywood backer, the same siding they use on new houses today. It has a 30 year warranty that is only good if the siding is painted within 30 days after exposure to sunlight. Green Thumb Markets' buildings are fully pressure painted the day they are built before the trim is put on leaving no wood exposed to rot. Trimboard features a 10 year warranty. It resists rot, moisture, mildew, and it doesn't cup, split, warp, or delaminate. Our trim is also fully Primed and pressure painted before it is put on. I have not found another shed/barn builder that can claim the same. This painting is all done in the color you want from our paint chart or custom color to match your house. All we need is a piece of siding or trim and we can have it matched for your building. Who else will custom paint your shed/barn?

(4) Hinges on all our doors not two like our competitors or some thin piano hinge that some use. We know the doors can take more abuse with more hinges so we use three.
